I love these videos! My friend was once fat shamed at the store. Someone yelled "GO TO THE GYM AND MAYBE YOU WILL LOOK BETTER!" She was really upset but i made her feel better. We need more good people in this world.

I love rewatching the older Dhar Mann videos, these were great of course, but the title is misleading for the Hot Topic one. I didn't see any teens in that. I have to be honest, I have mixed feelings about the buffet story. Its moral is fantastic, to not judge others and to treat others how you want to be treated, but I feel like it gives a bad stigma to people who go through weight loss surgery. My mum had a gastric sleeve done where she spent 12 months before the procedure with a pre-op diet and the psychology work needed for such a serious surgery before she spent the next 12 months after the surgery literally losing half of her body weight. She looks and feels so incredible now and I can't be any prouder of all the work she did to get to this point.
I do absolutely see where Miss Jackie is coming from and I'm completely on her side, but I feel like there needs to be a middle ground here. That's all I wanted to say, I otherwise love Mr. Mann's videos and the morals he teaches us with them!!

Emma needs something in her stomach. A Yogurt is very very healthy. I wonder if the coach is coming to their houses or even tracking them telling them what not to eat. Now 700 pounds is very bad. Emma is not fat at all. Emma is slim.
