I have to be honest, I have mixed feelings about the buffet story. Its moral is fantastic, to not judge others and to treat others how you want to be treated, but I feel like it gives a bad stigma to people who go through weight loss surgery. My mum had a gastric sleeve done where she spent 12 months before the procedure with a pre-op diet and the psychology work needed for such a serious surgery before she spent the next 12 months after the surgery literally losing half of her body weight. She looks and feels so incredible now and I can't be any prouder of all the work she did to get to this point. I do absolutely see where Miss Jackie is coming from and I'm completely on her side, but I feel like there needs to be a middle ground here. That's all I wanted to say, I otherwise love Mr. Mann's videos and the morals he teaches us with them!!

During Covid we couldn’t do anything. So I built a gym in my garage, reason is I always go to gym 3x a week, I built it so I can stay on top during the pandemic….. Some people probably didn’t look after themselves and that’s when they realise they ate too much and didn’t exercise.
