I have 2 macro's that I pop at the start of every dungeon, 1st one is to introduce myself and the 2nd is to ask if they want me to go fast or slow. Usually if people feel like they're included in the choice-making, they'll usually go for the 'fun' one...and people seem to enjoy the help in getting the weekly done. The only thing I'm struggling with now is shaking the xp-debuff to be able to boost people as well. There must be some sort of work-around I don't know about.
Indeed. There’s a process to work around the debug. Step 1: before partying with the boostee, ensure you are completely separate from them in the world. Preferably different zones. That way when you party up, the debug doesn’t happen. STEP 2: Queue for dungeon. STEP 3: When the queue pops do not enter right away. Instead wait for 4/5 players to have the green checkmark to enter. STEP 3: Use the enter dungeon macro. The macro both drops group and enters the dungeon at the same time.

@ oh haha dam. Yeah I think "1" means join party and "0" mean leave party. But I could be mistaken. But yeah I just used this macro the other day, it still works!
Most of us call them "elevens" and not twinks. The point is to get the badges en mass, you're not getting the 5s, you are self healing while riding the speed run. Ride the wave or peace out. I've been left behind a couple of times and yes it sucks, but I've had several alts power level to 80 while watching netflix :) But don't be an Ahole is a good message
Timewalking has never been fun nor balanced so I am 10000% leaping for joy when I do it to level an alt and get a twink in there soloing the place. It isnt good content but its "efficient" to an extend so people tolerate it.
Twinks are primarily used for boosting toons so that’s why 99 percent of the time they just blast through dungeons to boost their alts … they can solo the whole dungeon and they were made with a purpose. If they had 3 other accounts they could sign in to have a designated group for leveling they would they only que up for the bonus xp from random timewalking group finder . I have 120 lvl 80’s which is two full accounts of lvl 80’s from twink boosting all my characters .
Well yea but I'm clearly not talking about boosters in this video. I'm talking about the ones that queue up in finder by themselves. I know this because I've experienced being mindlessly strung through entire runs with 4/5 party members being level 80 and the only non 80 was the twink. So clearly they are not boosting anyone if the entire group is level capped.
WoW is in a flux state. Sometimes people feel the sense of community when playing with 5 people. Or on a raid team. While at the same time they just want to play solo, but some rewards are behind group content. WoW itself created this mess of lvl11s turbo farming dungeons doing 5m+ dps the entire time. Can't blame the playerbase for optimizing the game they pay and play with. Unfortunately there are always 2 sides to this kind of story, and you'd probably see someone arguing my opposite. But I'd rather just let people play how they want. If the tank is turbo farming let him turbo farm. If the tank is pulling 1 pack at a time, pull one pack at a time. Go with the flow and enjoy whoever is leading (in dungeon content, that's specifically the tank because he control the dungeon run)
Does anyone in WOW use voice? A game I enjoyed as much as WOW was EVE. Voice communication within fleet operations was an absolute necessity. It was also the real source of fun as you got to hang out with a bunch of guys for the US and Australia. That said the asshole gankers ruined that game. Making a decent playmate requires a little respect and courtesy. One sign of the retardation of the WOW player base is spamming guild invites. What kind of guild can you have where people never even got to know the person they invited?
bruh, stop crying because some people don't share your idea of a family 5 man. If you want to crawl through speed leveling content and enjoy spending an hour playing old content, do it with your friends. Some of us don't have time for that. some of us are there for the bonus exp not farming every single quest and kill every single mob. People who cry because someone who can solo the run don't want to spend an hour doing a 10 min instance need to stick to playing with your friends. keep up or get left behind, it's literally not my responsibility to hold your hand in TW.
