Nigeria Minister of finance is the coordinator of the economy. In Economics, there is no single approach to solving economic issues. We always dwell on Federal budgets/estimates only. How about the federating units? How about the real economic drivers- the Private Sector. Nigeria is not a dollar country and we should not readily be making assumptions based on US dollars
The cars bought for the National assembly at 160 million naira for each member was borrowed., Each member collected 2 million naira for going on recess even when the people they represented can not afford two meals a day..
