    I just came across your channel today and am super impressed with the quality!!
    Not that it’s a big deal, it’s only a difference of one watt, but I found a way for V3 to use 6 instead of 7 and it uses the “toggle” option on the memory cell using the power cycle instead of branches👍🏼 Heres how:
    1. For both batteries, have the output of the battery to the input of blocker, and output of blocker to input OR switch.
    2. Output of OR switch to EBranch set to 4 (power out of this is your base power at max of 93), then branch out to another EVranch set to 2.
    3. Second EBranch output is to toggle (this will be 1W), and Second EBranch branch out to input of memory cell.
    4. Inverted output of memory cell to one of the blockers (from the batteries) and regular output to the other blocker.
    I feel like this might be simpler and possibly use less electricity rather than setting two branches to the value needed for your base. Love the content, keep it up!

    Great video, you said it was complicated but after understanding v2 it's really simple, you explain things really well

    if you sacrifice 2 more watts by reversing the brances that trigger the memory sell, it changes to only drain battery of active usage. so using wall switch or a timer triggered by a free power button you can keep power usage low when the area is not in use like lighting. need light hit button or have it triggered by hbhf sensor. this way you don't have to keep chaging the settings on brances

    I love all the battery videos!! I havent seen anyone do your set ups on rust yet. (600 hours in😅)The only thing im wondering about is attempting two battery back ups. Is there a way to allow the excess to split off to two back ups. Instead of just a set amount of leftover to charge one and then the power out to the other back up battery from the final switch. (thats in the series of switches powering many batteries)
    Thanks for the great videos! I wouldnt be getting through all this electrical done solo without you! about to activate 8 turrets!(couldnt afford the 9th yet rofl)

    I've been running a version of v2 in my cave base. Since I'm not hooked up above ground, I have 3 batteries setup with OR switches and blockers. Currently able to run about 30 hours before needing to swap batteries.

    Hi, nice video! I implemented this in my base today, the only problem that I have, is that my active power usage has gone upper to 100, is there a way to use your setup and distribute more than 100 electricity active usage?

    I know its something you said you eventually wanted to take a base and show how you would wire it up. Is this something you still might do or at least update your base wire guide? Love to see how you would set up battery backups , with lights and turrets

      I did one a while back th-cam.com/video/taLZumkmut8/w-d-xo.html but I should probably make a new one tbh. If you're referring to me wiring up a popular base, then yes, I need to get on that.

    I followed the exact steps but it all went downhill when I tried to hookup 3 turrets. Had 2 windmills but I still didn't have **** for power. How high do they need to be to get the most power? Mine are currently 2 floors high. Also, what's the best thing to use for several turrets? I used the splitter and it didn't seem to work well. Thanks in advance. I'm very new to all of this.

    Hello, and thanks for the great content. I have tried this, and each time one battery drains for V3, the other tries to switch but then just blinks. The "2nd" battery is large and has 24000. I have tried this many times, but I am missing something simple I feel like. Any thoughts?

  • @Kronified187

    I wonder if I could implement this in my system, I use a larger system, i trickle charge my batteries, running base off root power, and access charges the batter backup. Could I use this system to swich from root-battery backup on a power dip, without draining the batteries fully before it changes back. Im gona experiment now lol

    • @soggywetnaps
      @soggywetnaps 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Generators output 40 rW so the battery won't charge if the load on output of the battery is higher than that, and if you have 3 batteries, it would probably be more worth it to at least have 1 generator per battery

    I have a question, can't you just do the same thing with 2 blocker, 2 branches and 1 OR Switch? Just having the batteries going into the blockers which go into the branches and the branches have their branch in the block passthrough of the other blocker?

    • @AustinKlailaGames
      @AustinKlailaGames  ปีที่แล้ว

      You certainly can, which is essentially what Version 2 does, but the batteries can power cycle back and forth.

    How could you run a infinite power loop into backup battery’s?

    • @SketchBen
      @SketchBen ปีที่แล้ว

      I believe this is just an extension to the infinite power loop.
      You’d set up the initial infinite loop prior to this and have the power go toward the batter back up setup. I think 😅

    This system without first and second battery is Good, because when my fisrt battery turn 0 charge, all system turn on and turn off, turn on, turn off. Never more now.
