      Reinstate Appeals & Plan of Action
      Please use all these appeals and Plan of Actions very carefully. Always make your own words. Re-word the document as much as possible. Do not just copy/paste as it is otherwise with time they will become less effective. You only achieve highest possible effectiveness when you use them as a template and add as much data and facts as possible.
      The way Amazon usually work is, we need to accept the guilt. If you don’t want to accept guild, then you need to come up with super high level of details and analytics to prove to them that you are not guilty. Accepting your guilt would usually get the account or list re-instated much faster.
      Go through the appeal which is relevant to your need.
      1. If you are overseas Pakistani and you try to create your account. Amazon suspend your account on the basis that you are from a restricted country. You will use this appeal and also try to send your local driving license or work permit/PR card where possible. sunnyali.com/pakistanipassport
      2. If your account is suspended due to high ODR (Order Defect Ratio) then you can use these 2 appeals. These 2 appeals are generic. First of all you need to know more reasons of your account suspension. Is it suspended due to bad customer support? High returns? Negative feedback? or due to higher number of AZ claims? So please understand you cannot just copy paste them as it is since the underlying reasons for your account suspension could be different. So please do fact analysis and then only re-word them. First template is basic one but second one is with a lot more detail. Usually if they don’t accept the first one and send email asking for more more and more details then this is when you can use ODR2 template. sunnyali.com/odr1 and sunnyali.com/odr2
      3. If your list or account is suspended for selling something as NEW whereas customer complained receiving USED. So you can check these 2 templates. sunnyali.com/soldasnew and sunnyali.com/usedasnew2
      4. If you tried to sign up the account for the first time and you get suspended for a weird reason such as “Provide evidence that your account has complied to our policies”. Then use this template sunnyali.com/noreason
      5. If your account is suspended for trademark violation then check this template. 50/50 chance only and that also depends on how much facts are you able to gather and add - sunnyali.com/trademark. There is one more template you can use as we have been using it recently sunnyali.com/ipviolation1 (Use this one if you have sold something on this list already). If you have not sold anything on this brand ASIN yet then use this one sunnyali.com/ipviolation2
      6. If your account is suspended for copyright violation then use this template - sunnyali.com/copyright
      7. If your account is suspended for review manipulation then use these templates. However these templates are becoming less effective now. So I am going to add a 3rd template next week which is super super super comprehensive and will almost guarantee your account re-instate. For now, check these 2 templates. sunnyali.com/review1, sunnyali.com/review2, sunnyali.com/review3, sunnyali.com/review4 and sunnyali.com/review5 (for those with a child VA account)
      8. If your account is suspended for Product Detail Page not matching the actual product violation then you can use this template - sunnyali.com/detailpage
      9. If your account ever get suspended due to Malicious activity, hacking attempt then you will always use this appeal - sunnyali.com/malicious
      10. If your account ever get suspension of your Buyer/Seller Messaging then you can use this template. You will never receive any message notification for this suspension. Amazon just do it quitely and you once you realize it, you will have to send this reinstate app to reinstate your buyer/seller messaging privilege. - sunnyali.com/messaging
      11. If Amazon ever ask you about your location where you operate your business from or ask about individuals who got access to your Amazon account. Do not try to mention Pakistan and do not mention about any Virtual Assistant yet if your account is new. We don’t want to complicate things yet. For first 90 days, you need to be very careful about your account. So if they ask about your location, individuals who got access or ask about your inventory sourcing location then send this response to them - sunnyali.com/location
      13. When Amazon send you suspension notice stating “Your account has been suspended in accordance with Section 3”. Follow this link sunnyali.com/section3
      12. When Amazon send you a suspension email claiming they found a related account. Follow this link sunnyali.com/related
      To fight this one is usually 1 way. Telling Amazon, Here is my old account and I asked you to close it but something wrong happened at your end and here is the evidence of my communication with Rajesh etc etc.
      Otherwise it is an uphill battle usually fighting against this suspension.
      13. If your ASIN is suspended due to copyright violation, use this template - sunnyali.com/copyright1
      14. If your account get suspended for ASIN Misuse violation which is also referred as Twister Abuse, then you can explore below reinstate appeals - sunnyali.com/misuse1
      15. Some of you will receive request from Amazon to provide authorization letter where the business is authorizing you as a owner or director or share holder to act on behalf of said business and the letter head must contain your Business name, title, address and relevant registration number. Please see this template we have for Australian Business trying to get approval for Amazon UK Business account. This can be for a Canadian business, Can be for any business worldwide - sunnyali.com/authorizetemplate
      16. If your account suspend or listing is suspended due to Design patent violation then use below template. There will be more cases/templates we will add later. This is just one effective sample that will help get reinstated when you are challenging Amazon that the plaintiff is wrong and abusing you here by filing wrong design patent claim and our product design is not same as plaintiff’s claim - sunnyali.com/design1
