Black and white sports reported that Ben Johnson is an introvert and this worked as a OC, but may be a problem as a HC. Big chance to take on a guy who has never been a HC before. I would much rather go Carroll or a crazy long shot Marcus Freeman if we want to go the up and coming young coach route. And yes I know he signed a extension at notre dame but that didn’t stop Harbaugh.

Thinking on the fly is not his greatest talent but long term goals are on point. I honestly think he wants to make the Raiders great again not only for his own satisfaction but his legacy in yet another aspect of the NFL. Hahaha. I actually had Jayden Daniels and Bo Nix as my top QB’s last draft. I posted a video a couple days before the draft saying why I would take Bo Nix over Penix at 13. Also, I didn’t want to get rid of Carr and I knew Jimmy G was going to be trash. I don’t have video on that topic cuz I wasn’t doing this TH-cam thing at that time. Go back and look at the context before you jump to conclusions. Played for 15yrs and coached the game for 23yrs in Cali and TX. I don’t know everything but know enough to talk about it.

I stopped coaching a few yrs ago to give my wife and kids more of my time but started getting that itch again to get back out there. I knew I didn’t want to dedicate that time again to coaching so I thought about trying YT. Especially after we hired McDaniels cuz I knew he was going to turn this into a shit show. I was fed up and decided to talk about it. Definitely enjoying the ride. Myself and a couple other guys break down game film each week live on my channel. We couldn’t do it during the week cuz all the firings of AP and Telesco so we’re going live Sunday night around 6:30pm pacific time. We got a bunch or regulars that rollin into the chat and check it out. A good portion of them know ball as well so it’s a good time. You do know that was 11yrs ago. He’s had a lot of time to learn from his first stint as a HC. He’s been learning under Andy Reid and that front office, while winning SB’s. I’ll give a guy with that much experience a 2nd chance. Spags isn’t my 1st, 2nd or 3rd choice but I’ll take him over Deion.

I don’t consider Spags under Andy Reid’s tree. Spags has been coaching in the league for 25yrs, only 5 of them have been with Reid.
