Star Delta connection of 3 phase induction motor in Hindi/Urdu | What is star delta connection.This video is about star delta connection of 3 phase induction motor in which by using a squirrel cage induction motor (Siemens company) I practically explained star delta connection of induction motor describe difference between star and delta connection in Hindi language and perform three phase star delta connection experiment.
Star connection and delta connection are two types of connections three phase motor winding connection or in any three phase machine like three phase motor three phase generator and three phase transformer.
So in this video you learn what is difference star and delta what is star delta connection in Hindi language and all about star delta connection in Urdu language.
So firstly If we talk about star connection of a three phase motor when we make three phase motor connections we short all winding from any one sides of terminals and apply the three phases to other terminal sides and for making delta connection 3 phase we make a close loop of all 3 winding and apply the supply to any side of terminals.
There are also use a circuit for induction motor star delta connection called star delta starter.
AC motors are basically divided into two types induction motors and synchronous motors and induction motors are categories into further two categories with respect to supply single phase induction motors and three phase induction motors and with respect to rotor type squirrel cage rotor motors and wound rotor
motors (slip ring motors).

I think initially we run the three phase Motor in Delta to overcome the starting torque then after few seconds we convert it into Star formation because if initially we start it with Star configuration it never runs properly because of the load already connected which has an inertia to overcome, it is similar to that like driving a car we always use 1st gear to overcome the inertia and to boost up torque and when it starts moving we shift it to the low torque position if it is true you may see your first portion of this video for rectification and amendment, You make best videos on these topics ,its great and a very good effort to learn Electrical Engineering ,Keep on going ,God bless you............
