If you aren't doing speed benchies or printing super fast, have your vref voltage set correctly then stepper motors should never overheat. They get slightly warm but never hot. Hey great video!

There are some with a metal sheet (flexy) and there are some with some sort of mat (floppy)
The BuildTak and Sovol3D are metal sheets, these ones here are those mats:

my chools stock ender 3 v2 does a better benchy and its the same price as the mods, I don't know what to say about why they came out so bad
