- Euro NCAP Frontal Impact takes place at 64 Km/h, 40% of the width of the car striking a deformable barrier. In the Full Width test, 100% of the width of the car impacts a rigid barrier at 50 Km/h. In the side impact, a mobile deformable barrier impacts the driver's door at 50 km/h. In the pole test, the car tested is propelled sideways at 32 km/h into a rigid pole.

This is safer than those 1 airbag latin american and asian cars
Sadly but true :/
Kingswood : Safer than the North American Mustang, too.
Safer than a Fiat Panda apparantly.
Its not all that bad:
The passenger compartment of the e-Mehari remained stable in the frontal offset test. Dummy readings indicated good protection of the
knees and femurs of the driver and passenger. However, structures in the dashboard were considered a risk to the knees and femurs of
occupants of different statures and to those sat in different positions, and the score was penalised. In the full-width rigid barrier test,
protection of all critical parts of the body was good or adequate for both the driver and the rear passenger. In the side barrier impact,
protection of all critical body areas was good and the e-Mehari scored maximum points. In the more severe side pole impact, dummy
readings of rib compression indicated marginal protection of the chest, but that of the rest of the body was good. Tests on the front seats
and head restraints demonstrated marginal whiplash protection in the event of a rear-end collision. A geometric assessment of the rear
seats indicated poor whiplash protection there.
Its an adventure car. Not meant to go over 60mph. Not a regular family crossover
Wow. Horrible! Results. Very poor side impact airbag design. Driver doesn’t even contact side air bag during side impact crash barrier test.
I'd rather put a cushion next to me rather than those side airbags!
Is Citroen serious for this car safety?
They don't really give a shit, and they don't need to. Besides, some Dacia's aren't that better, and 8 year old cars on the market would get the same, updated rating today
The 'S' in 'Citroën' stands for safety

If this car is tested again in 2022, I am sure that it will get 0 or 1 star if the score is the same as tested in 2017.
