@kotonarimasu6597 can't use a breaker bar in my scenario. No space to fit. But you're not listening to what I said. I did almost exactly everything to a T. Just like the video. And it broke. That's the problem.
Yep, just snapped off the removal tool. Blee thru 30 bits drilling it then the engine block flange snapped when i used another one. That git the bolt out anyway. Damn 2011 Ford Fusion Belt Tensioner Bolt.
😅 you saying that the steel plate is more rustier and older than actual bolt inside it? 😂 Everyone can see , it’s good for marketing, but that’s a definite scam, no disrespect to you.
Exactly. This is what happens every time you try this on a RUSTED SEIZED BOLT. Which this was not. This was faked. U can get a new screw out of anything once the head is broken off, there is no more torque on the threads. Stuck is different.
Now try that with a bolt that was really stuck. Like one from a twenty year old F250 exhaust manifold.
OK

Did you use wd40? Us a high power torque wrench like Milwaukee as you use the torque wrench. Stop to pray wd40
I have never been lucky enough for it to go this smooth
You just have to try more

It’s simple. Just drill bit a hole. Hammer the bolt extractor with an actually heavy hammer. Uncrew out.
Now try to remove real snapped bolt that snapped when you undoing
Broken when trying to remove at first
@@toolsforwork from what we can see on video it broke when you turning right, which means you overtightened the bolt and it snapped
Yes, this is mainly to demonstrate the broken wire removal tool
yea and broke the removal bit in the hole. 🤦🏾🤷🏾🥴 show us that with this wonderful sound. 🥴🤣😅🤣
Where did you buy that extraction tool at?
Don’t ever use an impact gun on the extractor!!
Why?
Found that out the hard way
@@antj211 you and me both. Shit job turned 100% worse. I learned my lesson and

Love that soothing 70's soundtrack
Thanks!
My experience with broken bolts are the small ones. 3/8 and smaller. It's tough to drill a hole in a small bolt and use a Easy-out.
What you said makes sense.
What can be done in thia case?

Thank you for not talking for 5 minutes before showing how to do this.
Operations can be displayed without language.
Totally agree lol
What do you do when the extractor tool breaks and the material of the extractor tool is impossible to drill through?
Try welding
What about a 10mm bolt facing the opposite of you on a 07 highlander the bank 2 solenoid
That might require a different size extractor.
So when you drill the first hole are you drilling the normal way or have the drill on reverse while holding down
Drill holes as normal
I fucking hate TH-cam for showing me all this successful attempts meanwhile I failed like an idiot….
Sometimes it’s not your fault and you need to follow the steps more carefully.
@@toolsforworkyour statement contradicted itself
So it is their fault because they didn't follow the instructions carefully

How do these videos make drilling metal bolts look easy? Been drilling mine for 2 hours
Please use appropriate drill bit
Does it work with broken bronze bolt too?
Yes
What' brand of drill screw are they using?
local brand
What drill bits are you using I have titanium ones from dewalt And it does not go into the metal so easily
Alloy drill bit
What kind of drill bite you use for thik steel like bolts? I broke many already

Drill bits for alloy metals

Got love it when that extractor bit snaps inside next....
This rarely happens

Do you make a model for a 9mm bolt?
Can be customized if necessary.
Lol how the fuck do you do it without a power tool?! I literally have 3 inches of clearance so you can't even hammer a bit straight into the bolt.
Maybe I can also use soldering
