I know you know that if you were to put a shirt or some kind of clothes on c h i c h i he wouldn't be tearing at his skin he would be grabbing at the clothes. Hate to break it to you but ALL stump tail babies grab their body like this. For some reason they grip onto their chest or they will lick onto their feet with their hands. It’s an odd behavior that may have something to do with how they react with their mothers
