At 15:00to 16 :00 BWC, HRL and DHA and even Bahria pvt LTD Must develop co ordination with each others only then new Mega city like Dubai will Emerge and Saad nazir sab seems to v.impressed from Dubai but i request him to visit USA and LAS Vegas down town particularly and meet overseas Pakistani businesses men there ,😂 they can provide architecture and investment too . Bhai, plot sasty magar us say ziada possession charges hain... why?
I am from USA, I bought total 6 plots 10 marla each. When I asked I want to pay them off and requested for possession, I was told even if I pay off all plots. I need to wait 1more year. Also, I need to pay 1.5lakh per marla possession charges. Which is completely ridiculous. To me it's completely unfair and unethical

I have the same problem i also bought polts in oversea block on installments i almost complete half of my payments and i want to pay in full i have been told that if i make full payment today i still have to wait for 1 year and have to pay development charges which is 1.5 lakh in todays date. Development charges will increase time to time its mean that 10 marla plot i bought it for 15 lakh after instatement and development charges it will cast me around 35 lakh. Which is completely ridiculous. please everone stand up against this scamp.
I respect his vision. Having seen the recent videos of phase 1...not enough has been done to proof that they are organised and are working ahead. Its been 5 yrs since launch. Yes a school has started a few houses built but not enough to back the 5yrs...so phase 2 wise...will it take 10yrs....
