It is a chunk of change for sure. I think I pay more for the element of surprise but I do love all the cute little gadgets that comes in the box as well. I guess for normal people the countdown would start December 1 but I start Christmas in October. There is Christmas, then the Thanksgiving, then Christmas again. I love Christmas so much I could celebrate it all year long (and I kind of do with my Christmas quilts and projects).
