Guys if we use some of our brain so we can just place the strap of the ear pad in the place below the surface at one end and then stretch the pad to another end and do the same,then try to fit the pad properly Done that’s it no need to remove the surface

Actually by doing that the problem will be fixed for a short amount of time ... On the other hand this trick works even when the pad is little torn
