I feel like a lot of people are confused by the other “not so useful items” you can get from the archeology aspect in the 1.20 update. I don’t think they’re supposed to be useful, I think it’s more supposed to be like actual artifacts you might find in ruins. “This civilization used candles, dyes, they had access to glass..” when you think about it in a story/historical sense, I think it becomes a lot cooler, instead of just, “oh this is useless”. But that may just be my perspective, and from someone who’s always been interested in archeology. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

so THAT's how you do it! OMG!!! I was wondering HOW you had spawned in that one piece of bamboo on your 1000 day survivor on that island!!! This is going to make ALL of my HC games SO much more easier to deal with!!!
Not sure if you knew this or not but given by searching forever for the hidden treasure. For the hidden treasure maps all you have to do is go to the x find 9,9 inside the chunk coords and dig straight down.
As a tip if u go to the [9, ?, 9] area of a chunk u can find the buried treasure first time if u dig down Otherwise cheers for the effort haven absolutely great video
when i'm building in minecraft [i like to think of myself as a ok builder] and i'm making a circle i used paint. i turn on the grid and make a few circles until i get one that's actually a circle. [i'm pretty good at it now] then i divide that circle into four quadrants and build it that way... so if i mess up a quadrant i don't have to rebuild an entire half of massive circles. it helps! it also helps if the sides of the circle are odd numbered! it makes finding the center by eye really easy. Edit: oh i forgot to tell you why i used the grid and ruler! the grid if you zoom all the way in is pixel by pixel and one pixel = one block it makes counting the blocks you need for each par of the circle easy! and since i find the center before i start building i build a large + with the two lines making the plus the diameter of the circle! so i can just build in the quadrants i mentioned earlier! and with pain open in another tab i can count the blocks for each part of that 1/4th of the circle and after a while of doing this you can free hand circles! it's kind of relaxing... but it takes a lot of prep if you are new to making circles in minecraft! lol i just tree the game as a pixel art maker in 3d.
I like how different people have different abilities in this game. I suck and making machines but can make simple, quick geometric structures like this and houses on the fly.
Not important but it's trails and tales haha not trials and tales. Like "walking down the trail I saw a rabbit eating a bug in the distance". Just don't want people making fun of one of the best youtubers around for a small misread 😅
For the build you can take out the gras from the nether biomes and the respective netherack thing and bonemeal the surroundings so it has grass and flowers and not just trees

I think it would look very cool if you make it where it tree around the base is the same wood as the base

Tip for cherry saplings, place one every 7-15 blocks, and then it's more evenly spread out because the cherry trees are big chunky boys and need space

Havenhand, you should make a let's play series where it's just chill kinda like this video. But not on the 100 days aspect.
Make the ground nothing but the specific block from each biome, so only crimson and warp dirt in their respective areas and podzol for the taiga one.
