Hey Sherry you can use clear Elmer's glue and put a couple of drops in your resin and it will help suspend the glitter so it doesn't like drop to the bottom and it really works

You definitely have to wait for the first coat to dry and then do your second coat. It usually does take 2 coats. Ooooooo, love that sparkle. So pretty.
