Mahakaruna Dharani Sutra Great Compassion Mantra

The "short" version of Kuan Yin's Great Compassion Mantra.
I tried like crazy to find the original artist who composed and sang this song. When I find them I'll post here so we can know what disc to buy, to support the artist.
I am also not at all confident in the transliterated lyrics, I found at least four versions of "what they're singing" online, that's why i want the original disc, perhaps the lyrics are printed in the liner notes, with correct diacritical marks (which I much prefer having).
