Raynor's forces doing a scan sweep on the Zerg base was a nice touch. I was always like "how can he see Kerrigan from way over there?"

In books james raynor lost about 280 units in marines only for rescue sarah, but he got new friend in tassadar and zeratul and tassadar learn from zeratul dark templars powers ... so bassically itis not worth it but its fair :D

I also really enjoy the writing of the Overmind. People raised around, if not by, the King James Bible would associate that specific kind of old-timey speak with religion. It's how you would imagine God speaking, which is very fitting. Like the theatrical Protoss, they strike a strong contrast with the practical, hard-scrabble irreverent Terrans.

1:28, you clearly never experienced "True Love". There was a time when I was in "love", I would not only have gone to a Bug infested Lava Planet but I would have danced with the Devil under a foggy Moonlight.

I almost feel like the 'jim' was enhanced audio or something because I don't remember ever hearing her say that before, either. Mass Recall might have cleared something up to make it more clear than the original audio delivery. Maybe?

Not without causing inconsistencies, since that cinematic shows the new designs of Zerglings and Hydralisks while this mod (or at least the retro mod) is trying to bring back the designs from StarCraft 1.

Does the A.I. know to attack the island expansion without having even seen it? It seems that they start attacking it without even having scouted it (unless that first dropship was just flying over for no reason).
Also, I don't think the Queen could infest from a distance in the original game.

You want to infest the command center for the same reason that I liked to steal scvs with dark archons. It’s a ton of fun!

The Spore Colony need to be replace in the future patches 🤔, the Spore Cannon in SC2 WOL is the closest model unit to be the fix of it 👍. Oh and the Sunken Colony attack animation needed to be fixed too 😁.

Medium probably, in sc1 they dont attact so much and they are not that aggresive
