Hello...I have been watching all your videos, very informative and helpful. I am planing my garden and starting fruit trees, urban garden! So limited space & sunlight. I am following your methods of espalier + Dave Wilson high density. I saw from your last videos you have been preparing to move to a new home. I am waiting for your update of new home and how your trees are doing..hope you find enough motivation and energy to get through your move...keep going!

Hi Seyla, I think that the Espalier Method is working out pretty well for these Mangos. I hope the new trees I am going to get will work as sell. So jealous that you have a Nam Doc Mai.... been trying to find one forever!!!

Curious to know if the fruit you get is the same as what you got the seed from. Apparently not always the case.

I would have never thought of doing this with a mango tree. Maybe I'll try this. I have a small Nam Doc Mai mango growing in a 35 gal trash can. It's still young, only got it last fall. I want to try and graft an Alphonso mango on to it when it gets larger.

Hi Manasi, I posted some videos to let everyone know I was moving and so I do not have updates at that location, but I have started posting again and will post updates for what I am planning to do with my mangos at the new property. :-)

Are you still training them espalier? How are they doing nowadays?

Hi Joe, I have moved to a new property with 2 acres and so have plenty of space however, I will continue to espalier many of the trees. I hope to restart making videos to show what I will be doing here over the next several months.

What direction is your mango tree facing. How much sun is it getting. I want to do the same but would only be getting morning light.

Actually facing North which would normally not be the best, but it seems to be doing fine.
