I very rarely buy stuff to open but I’m contemplating getting a hobby of this. A local lcs has them for $125
It is a fun opening! Tons of parallels. 125 not bad! Blowoutcards and other online LCS has them for 135 just to get an idea
I’ve opened two Hobby boxes and had six number cards in each plus the autograph and xfractor. Quality control is pretty good so far. It was definitely horrible on the 2021’s.

These cards look awesome! Wow that Buster card brought back so many memories. I grew up in the Bay Area; and he was instrumental in their run in the early 2010s. That Willie Mays was also a nice card. You pulled a lot of Giants legends. 😅
I did purchase 1 of these blaster on Fanatics, waiting for it to come but after watching your these cards are nice!
I agree with the older cards looking nice, and damn that was a young Derek Jeter card.

Hobbies are better in my opinion. Although, I bought a blaster from target of 2024 bowman, pulled a red refractor of Paul Skenes 2 of 5. Cards cost to much to waste on something you will never get your value from and only 1 out of 50 boxes has a card that's worth it

The only thing that hurts these for me personally is I know nothing about the 2023 rookie class except Gunnar but absolutely beautiful cards for sure!

Agreed! 30 dollar blasters are a good buy. hobby boxes are great at 120, but blasters may be better if the hobby price goes up. I appreciate your comment!
Is this apples to apples? A Hobby Box costs $120 and Blaster costs $30. So, a fair comparison would be 4 Blasters vs 1 Hobby. Same price for both.
3 blaster boxes are equivalent to 1 hobby box by pack count. 8 packs per blaster.
Hi thanks for this important question! my LCS sold me the hobby box for closer to 100 and blasters for 30 each so pretty close (I' m a frequent shopper there). Now, if the the hobby boxes are pushing 140+, I think 5 blasters may be the way to go.

Kinda! Not actively but if I pull a parallel I’ll hang on to it. My favorite Yu is his Batting SP in padres gear
