The port of Kisumu has been revived in this second term, same with meter gauge railway between Naivasha and Kisumu. Of course, a lot more could have been done, but saying that nothing has been done just because it wasn't Ruto doing it is utterly dishonest. Even if nothing else is done, at least the level of stealing has gone down in the second term, and it is not by coincidence.
