Another winner for sure. I notice your knife when trimming the chicken was really Sharp... Curious, how do you sharpen your knives. Maybe a good one for a video...
Hi, I love your videos. It’s raining here for several days, but I’ll be making these as soon as the sun goes off strike. Yum can’t wait. Definitely going to try the jalapeño marinade. Thanks for that awesome tip.
Fantastic video, brother. Everything about that cook was phenomenal. The rule at my house is, you eat bacon super crispy or you don't eat bacon. No other choice. I'm gonna have to give this one a try. Great video, my friend. 👍
I make Chicken,Bacon, Ranch Quesadillas for my wife and kids. I was just putting the Dry Ranch Mix on it to flavor the thighs. But i think ill use your marinade next time, minus the Jalapeño Juice. That'd be a huge NO from my family. Mine are a little more involved. I joined that Facebook Group. Getting lots of good stuff there. Thanks for suggesting it. As Always. Great Vid Brother. Be Blessed. 😊 Shawn
Jalapeno pickling juice is magic. I think I mentioned on here before about doing Tri-Tip seasoned with Carne Asada seasoning and a whole large can of jalapenos and the liquid. Cook Low and Slow. So good. Absolute magic.
@@TheFlatTopKing I watched that one! Your review on the 30 is what has me looking at the 36, I was thinking about the Traeger Flatrock but I don't like the grease trap location or the handles in the cook top.
Hi. Love your content. I would love to see you make steak and cheese egg rolls. It’s really popular here in Maryland at the asian carry outs. Also, would love to see an empanada with a twist video
This looked so good at 5:00am that I'm changing up today's lunch! Already had chicken breasts, so ran to the Homeland store at 7:00 and picked up some Ranch packets and canned jalapenos. I am going to do the chicken kabob style on the Ol' Weber though. And then quesadilla-ize them as shown in this Vid. Thanks Bud!!!
Update: Absolutely delicious! And even my most spice intolerant family member was ecstatic. She wonders what else I'll be making with that same "seasoning"... Hmmm. Planning to do a nice pork loin for Memorial Day this way, and probably some ranchero or smoked baked beans as the main side. And some good old fashioned garden lettuce (the ol Midwestern "wilted" version). Y'all Rock!
Thanks for the great videos! I'd be very interested in hearing your experience with stainless steel vs rolled steel. I've heard you say you cooked on SS in the navy. There aren't many (or any that I can find) videos discussing the differences and I'd love to hear your take. It seems like SS would be more prone to sticking and harder to clean.
The jalapeño juice is magic! I made a gluten-free macaroni salad for my celiac daughter, and it was really pretty boring. I was looking at a jar of jalapeños and thought… well, what could it hurt. Added about a tablespoon of juice to about a pint of salad, and suddenly I had the best macaroni salad of my life! And you’re right, not spicy at all. Gonna give this a try tonight!
Boss, you could cook a dog log in bacon grease, and it would be good. This recipe sounds great. You've talked me into getting those canned peppers for chicken marinade. 😋
Followed everything exactly except instead of layering it on as it cooked I mixed everything together in a bowl then spread it on! That was just easier for me though cause I’m blind and was easier to make sure everything was evenly coated. Personally don’t think it matters cause I now have to make them to feed a birthday party this weekend lol
You guys crack me up! Mmm, mmm, mmm, mmm, mmm from Amy on the first bite, then Mmm, mmm, mmm, mmm, mmm, mmm on the 2nd bite with the extra ranch dressing! Based on the mmm meter, I guess I better add this one into the rotation :) Looks delicious, and I'm guessing I'll get no complaints from my wife and son when I make it.
I get the pickled jalapeno juice needing the tang and vinegar taste, but as far as the jalapeños I love fresh, that’s the only thing that I would change
I'm in a food coma. Just made these and they did not disappoint. I don't have a flat top so I grilled the chicken and made the quesadillas in a cast iron.
You have an option, which is to cook bacon the way your wife likes it. I have no option other than to cook bacon when my wife is not here. The kids love it cause they are normal. 😂
Dude, who are you? I wanted to hate you at first, but you cook like me. I guess I have tendency to not like people that cook like me, but looks good! All day long and twice on my day off is what I like to say!!

Love your secret ingredient Silver Spring Horseradish! The recipe looks delicious😋
Ahoy mate!! Finally got around to this. Yum!! Top shelf comfort food. Great job!
Thanks for asking about the griddle temperature ! Us beginners need the info !!
These videos introduced me to pickled jalapeño and I’m never going back!
Quesedillas never get old - thanks Neal! - Cheers!

Thanks for sharing with us , that looks so good. Your idea to step it up was a great one. Keep up the good work. Fred.
Tried these tonight. That marinade is very good! It doesn't overpower anything. I used pepper jack cheese. Definitely a keeper
Absolutely
Dude, this is a mouthwatering recipe! I am going to definitely give this one a go!! Thanks for this!

I'm thinking about trying this with pepproccini's instead of the pickled jalapeños. It works great for Mississippi pot roast.
Sure does...cheers
snacking bacon is mandatory 👌
Keep doing what you do bro ✊🏾💯

no such thing as too much cheese!!!!! great video man!

100 for sure....for some reason it just works....
@@TheFlatTopKing Dammit, my local store doesn't have those red canned jalapeño peppers. I had my mouth set to soak some dead bird in the juice.
Afiyet olsun efendim
True griddle masters put the bacon on in a herringbone pattern.
Traeger Flatrock or Camp Chef Gridiron?!
Would love to see the bread test on the camp chef. Hard to imagine the temp/zone control matches Traeger
This one’s going on the summer pool party menu!

Add some pureed avocado to the ranch! Takes it over the edge!

Do you use real butter or margarine?
Butter....100
You should start adding an ingredient list at the beginning or end of the vid

hahahahah

That quesadilla looks great.. Putting it in the griddle turned out too good to be true.
Think Amy had a moment on that first bite.😁
ahahahhaha
5 mmm from the microwave queen 😂
New official rating system Neal?
hahah maybe an apron....
Pro move using the jalapeño juice! It takes a lot but try it the next time you do a spatchcock smoked chicken and let it soak for 24 hours😮💨😮💨😮💨😮💨
I’ve never tried horseradish
Neal!! Is that a Sasquatch fork??
How do we cook our bacon??
Hint: Happy wife, Happy life! (How Amy likes it)
You have an option, which is to cook bacon the way your wife likes it. I have no option other than to cook bacon when my wife is not here. The kids love it cause they are normal. 😂
"Too much cheese" that's blasphemy!
Diagon Alley, what is this Harry Potter heheh
Just add bacon & it's a chicken bacon ranch taco, queso, q-dilla, etc.
Hot griddle, horizontally, stop when it's properly cooked (when the fat has rendered, long before the travesty that is bacon dust)
I’d add some cilantro. I know, it tastes like soap to you!! 😂😂
Absolutely not...im a huge cilantro fan...plenty of videos using it...
@@TheFlatTopKing oh ok. Must be another TH-cam channel. Sorry.
Ever heard of folks that say cilantro tastes like soap?
How do I cook bacon on the griddle, I toss it on and cook it🤣🤣🤣
ahhahaahha
Ranch dressing us for women lol real men use blue cheese powder. Editing my crack burger video now I used blue cheese powder. Nice job on that.
5 MMMM's from Amy - says it all
That's why I cook my bacon and I'll cook the wife's bacon.
True
