In addition to be being a beach bum I am a freelance writer/photo. Earlier this year I had a magazine shoot in Pensacola and the whole time I was contemplating heading to the beach. Well, even though it was hot and muggy, and I was wearing a shirt and jeans, the beach won out. However, since it was midday and the beaches were packed I wasn't expecting much, but lo and behold, I found a bucket list seashell. So , need a little beach therapy? Grab your shell bag and let's go shelling.

OMG I was burning up watching you walk in your blue jeans! Some days there's shells and some days not. Love the water front drive! We do shell those beaches once a week!

Yup, it was a little toasty, however, when the beach calls, you better answer that call. And you know what, it wasn't even the heat that got to me, it was the traffic and the lack of parking. It's nice now that the season is slowing down a little.

BBD that was so fun!! I loved the ride and scenery. Did that sand burn your feet when you were first on the beach? You were walking awful fast 😂! I know I'm an egg cockle queen but I am beginning to really love bittersweets! All those little ones are awesome, so new on my bucket list, tons of itty bitty bittersweets to fill a jar!! ❤❤🐚🐚👍👍🥰🥰!!!!

Ever find anything a Miramar Beach? Just wondering last day is tomorrow and wondering if it’s worth getting up early morning? Any advice would be great💕💕

Thanks for watching. Sunrises are always worth getting up for 😍 . Re Miramar Beach, it's not known as a shelling beach and all I have ever found were Coquinas. The one thing we have working against us right now is the red flag situation. When the wind is from the east , southeast and we have rip currents, generally, the shelling is average at best. If you wanted to give it a shot, you could go to saint andrew's state park and try there. Thanks again for watching and I hope you enjoyed your stay.
