Assalamulaikum Apu, I visited there aswell! It was a superb journey
I was there in 2018 and stayed in premium room. Ambiance is very nice. But at that time breakfast item was very simple and tasteless. Also did lunch and dinner and it seems to me overpriced. Looking forward for food review

Actually my ovservation is not at all well planned hill resort..the rooms are located very high area that makes people life miserable and they don't have system to go to room by buggy car it's very tough to use stairs every time for dining room..they don't have system for room service too..so can't be possible to relax for this unplanned systems and it's quite an expensive resort..people are going there 5 hours journey from ctg and all the way to sairu road is very bad after hectic journey then had to walk their high stairs are make people life painful...people go their for relax not for hardwork not feels exhausted..

Last year we went to Sairu and there was a fatal accident from buggy. Immediately we came back to Dhaka and we couldn't enjoy at all. So my suggestion is not to take a ride on buggy.
