Will you go phantasmal pathogen? I saw the apparitions is third damage in my details, will phantasmal pathogen+switch target+devouring plague make higher damage?

yes, its always good to spread out devouring plague in AOE scenarios instead of stacking devouring plague on 1 enemy, unless you need to prioritize damage on 1 target or something.
When you devouring plague different enemies, use the newest target as your single target focus to get max benefit from the devouring plague.
