With the "My hobby includes reading and sports" super soul you would gain 600,000ish xp but if you want more xp then i would reccomend the dlc quest 174 as with the super soul mentioned above you can get damn near 1 million xp per completion of the quest
IMO it’s definitely a really good Super Soul. I’d say the reason why I personally wouldn’t use it in this particular Expert Mission is because it increases damage taken by all attacks. Seeing how Broly’s melees and peeler storm is disgusting, this Super Soul would turn me into a glass tank. KI regeneration and stamina regeneration decreases aren’t that important but it’d make the Expert Mission much harder than normally.

That’s very much true. I leveled up from 120 to 123 specifically using that Super Soul with custom Goku. I decided to use the TP medal route only because I could earn around 120 TP medals every 5 minutes with this method. The best part with the EXP method is every 9 expert missions I complete, I would level up 1 level solely by EXP.
Unfortunately you can’t yet you need super mix capsules to mix with demon realm crystals to make the capsule Z’s and the super capsules are only obtained in online raids
I believe you have to talk to the people that has quests available (Small blue question marks on the map). If I recall correctly, you’ll unlock the other expert missions when you talk to them.
Well after this update, my servers wouldn’t let me play PVP or anything else. The game just had a update (1.40) that seems to have fixed the server issues.
I definitely agree it’s honestly much faster but I only choose the Broly expert mission because I can get a total of 615 TP medals in around 20-25 minutes.
best chance to make it to 140 is during a 2x exp event and stacking it with goku's "My hobbies are reading and sports" you'd get 800k-1Mil exp per mission

Toppo’s Super Soul “I’ve cast aside everything for this” gives a XXL damage boost at all times and I think it has Super Armor as well for limit burst

Yeah it ain't exactly the most reliable method due to it needing to be done via an unstable online mode.
