Great film! Having visited Kanha since the 70s, I am overjoyed to come across this issue-based film of the park, and its spectacular wilderness. I have worked for many years as a naturalist in this park.
The tiger show has been banned for several years, and the amazing sightings are attributed to skillful tracking developed in place of the show. I have made more than two hundred videos on tigers and wildlife with simple equipment nevertheless. Some are of poor quality!
The USP of this park is saving the branderi barasingha, the one with hoofs not as splayed. But the big cat population has swelled to over a hundred and the barasingha (swamp deer) are being translocated. All this success is due to dedicated staff and able wildlife managers doing their duty.
