  • In this video I demonstrate some basic adjustments with a client and talk through what I am doing and why, and what results we are looking for and how those results help people. Our office is the place to go in Chicago for Network Spinal-- Donny Epstein's revolutionary form of chiropractic care.

I'd been in practice for 20 years and went on a vacation to San Francisco. I was a low force DNFT/SOT adjuster. I went to an athletic club for workout and massage. The therapist was maybe 20 and she gave me the best massage of 100 I have received in my life. She told me she was a Chiropractic patient from day one and a Network practice member for 4 years and it was the best she had experienced. I spent a few days going to Network offices and a few months later flew back for first seminar with Dr Epstein. So fascinating and while I still do DNFT/SOT Network hierarchy is my basis.

This is the spinal flow technique your body is mostly water and moves in a wave you are absolutely correct the body is self healing and blockages need to be released finding the points of tension and releasing them allowing the signals to flow gives your body the chance to heal

They are taking pressure off a nerve! You have the nerves coming out from vertebrae that go to every system of your body. Ex:digestive system, reproductive, etc… when thst nerve is cut off by a bone out of place it’s like a water hose and whatever that nerve is going to your body can not function as well as it could! :)
I am not very familiar with this technique but when a chiropractic adjusts something that is what they are doin!

It is definitely not a "load." I went to recieve it for 5-6 months or so, and for me personally I would get a rush of emotion and cry almost every session. Occasionally angry, also laughter. But also physically released and relaxed. And did seem my body was realigning itself. As she mentioned, the first session was not as dramatic as all the other ones. I stopped going when I became a believing Christian because it seems like energy work. I'm back online looking it up to try and figure out what the heck it is and how it happens and how it was discovered or came to be. You can try it for yourself if you don't believe, or talk to someone who has been through it. But yeah. It definitely does things.

Why do you need to lift network with negative comments about chiropractic adjustments? Really hard, racking and cracking? The art of chiropractic adjustments are much more that your limited and very baised remarks. I have been getting adjusted by both network docs and real deal chiropractors, and both have helped me tremendously. Please think about your comments and how they impact chiropractors around the world.
