How to Remove Bronco Raptor Hood Vent - Ford Performance Carbon Fiber Hood Vent Install

Today, Jared and Joe overview and install the Ford Performance Carbon Fiber Hood Vent on our 2022 Ford Bronco Raptor. Of course, prior to installing the new hood vent, they have to remove the stock hood vent.

Hardest part is breaking the old hood vent lose and removing the factory adhesive. I found a heat gun with a scraping attachment made it MUCH easier.

Have the same color Braptor. Thought about getting the Carbon fiber hood cover. Close to 2 grand and that headache of a removal also convinced me that the 2 grand can buy me a brand new bang switch instead..

Great video. Thanks for convincing me not to put that shit on mine. Ridiculous how complicated it is to swap. Plus that carbon piece ain't coming off in one piece specially if you use the tape.
