Sans in IDUTSHANE is being straight forward. no puns, no talking, he only wants to kill you. The way his bones come out, crooked and jagged, it shows how much he wants you dead, there's no need to see his expression, the white eye in phase 2 is him staring into your soul
this would have been a perfectly fine video if it werent for sans crying, frisk i can understand that, but SANS? firstly he dont have eyes and secondly it makes it way to edgy, over all not bad video tho
Also something i wanted to say,im pretty sure monsters work way different than humans do,and by that i mean their bodies,just like you said sans has no eyes but he can see,and hes "alive" despite being a skeleton,not sure if it works the same way for all type of monsters,at first i tought their organs were made of magic just like their bodies,but i guess they do have organs since toriel had a child,guess its another wierd thing about sans&papyrus

And why does Sans ask for forgiveness in your video? In Dusttale and idutshane (which is essentially the same dusttale) it is not Sans who is to blame for what happened
Possiblely He talking about how you made the charaters cause this is what people kind of used to make them like before they started making more Canonish designs
