Never leave your momma house is a great idea. Pay yourself the amount you would be paying in rent in 1 year you could purchase a home. Your mom could come visit your new house.
As strange as it sounds, I feel cities do this at times to slow growth. Atlanta keeps growing and hasn't slowed since all those damn love and hip hop Atlanta shows lol. I really think they're trying to deter people from coming
The Drexel Collective looks like an influencer apartment! And the windows are incredible. Do you have any recommendations for which neighborhoods to look at when apartment hunting? I'm going to GeorgiaTech this fall, so I'm trying to get a trip down to look around and get to know the area.
Hmm the neighborhood closest to ga tech is like midtown/west midtown/ Howell mill area, which is kinda pricey but I would recommend joining Facebook groups and stuff for college students bc people may be subleasing their units/looking for roommates!
GA tech area will be very expensive. I would recommend The Flats at North Springs Apartments in Sandy Springs because they have a private gated bridge directly to MARTA. which means avoiding traffic...YAY! I live her now and have 2bdrm2bath over 1,300 Sq.Ft for 1750$. Thy may have raised the rent by now but its a affordable option and they apartments are really nice.
Hey Nelly, I have rooms for rent @ 1k a month with private bathroom. Between West end Marta station and Beltline. I would luv for you to do a video on.
I’ve never heard of an apartment not checking credit, the only ones I know that don’t are the low income apartments. And if you plan on living in the CITY of Atlanta, I wouldn’t recommend them lol. Maybe in the surrounding counties.
Okk cuz a real estate video ! Love it 😄 And love the 1st one most it had a thing. Your friend makes me laugh when she says some things were done like your cousin do it 😂 But 2 questions : what’s a walking closet ? And are the furniture included ? 😘😘
Thank you Samieee❤️ lol yeah I liked the first one the best too! 😂 So walk in closet is when you can step inside the closet and it’s more spacious. The last one is a regular closet bc you can’t walk inside of it!
Chile I’m never gonna leave my momma house these prices are up 😩

I don’t mind paying over $1000 if utilities included 😩
A thousand is nothing really. I was paying over $1300 for a 1br and I had roaches smh
Not in Atlanta. You definitely get what you pay for. Your minimum needs to be $1500 for a studio.
the last one is so fire and cheap yall !
I'm moving to Georgia in September (not ATL because I don't want to live directly in the city bit the outskirts)
Praying I'll find something ❤💜🙏🏾
Ahhhh thanks bae perfect time. Right in my budget

Not. It's zoning laws. Democrats tend to support land locking zoning laws. This causes prices to sky rocket.
When yall opened the fridge and saw the free drinksss 🤣🤣🤣
Looking to move to GA from NYC, $1000 in NYC will get you a unfurnished room with 4 other roommates lmao.
😂😂
Great video! I live at the Drexel lol. Nice apartment / great area but it’s very pricy & I agree with you about the bedrooms. Wish mine was bigger.
So, for the two-bedroom one, is the rate for the entire unit or per bedroom?
Makeup on fleek!!!
Lol thank you suhhh💪🏾💕
It was the free drinks for me and your reaction 🤣😭😭

How did you find these places?
Apartments.com, apartmentlist.com are great websites to start. And then sometimes just driving around the city when I’m out and about!

Does anyone know of any decent apartments that don’t do credit checks?

No credit check equals an environment that you DO NOT want to live in. Especially in Atlanta.
you look so good 😍
Thank youuu love💕💕
