duckyone20 loads of happy couples do that! If you aren't happy or really satisfied with your partner then you need to find someone else, myself and my other half always mess around, play fight and just generally play with each other.. it's what keeps us happy and connected
Awesome seeing you guys. We laughed so hard when we read the title before watching today's vlog...especially considering our convo last night. Cory, Kristen & Chell are even cooler in person. They deserve SO MUCH positivity...away with all the negative trolls. Y'all (youz guyz) rock! And thanks for being sweet with Jocelyn!
Here in Sweden we call that snow "cold snow" or at least me and my friends. Yeah i know all snow is cold but when it's really cold outside the snow starts to get powdery. When it becomes a little wormer you can make snowballs :)
Tindris Tindra In Ohio we call it dry snow or wet snow. I've always thought it had do to with humidity in the air. It is interesting that something those of us who have experienced snow all our lives can be so new and different to Cory since he has only experienced snow in the last couple of years!
Yes, Katie S I miss Ohio snow as I am living outside Ohio now. I love seeing Chell in the snow it is so much fun to see the family together having fun and making memories.
Can you imagine say in 7-8 years time, when Chell will really start to appreciate these vlogs, then through on into the awkward teens, you know, friends coming around and Chells like 'oh that's my crazy whacky mom 'n dad, bye' and then making her way in the world in her twenties? She will be one centered and grounded individual who will have grown up with the most priceless and precious gift of love, that will last a lifetime. Cory and Kristen, you are doing such an amazing thing for your precious daughter. Happy New Year to you and your folks, and thank you for the pleasure you provide all of us by sharing a part of your lives. We too are blessed.
Guest starring the Mean Kitty himself! You're right, you don't show him enough for us MK fans. Although we love Chell and Kristen and you, and of course Loki and Penny. But hearing Sparta purring away was a huge treat. Thanks and Happy New Year!
YAAS! Get him Kristen! He's just being a big baby! Lol ok just kidding; you guys are so cute! Hey! Do you have a snowsuit for Chell? It would be so adorable if you could film her sitting in the snow. 😄
Corey and Kristen are going to be those one parents when Chell gets older all her friends love going to her house because of how funny Kristen and Corey are and Chell will be so embarrassed. 😄😂
I recently just discovered this channel, not long ago actually, and I must say your family is lovely. And aw, your daughter is just beyond adorable. Definitely subscribed!♡
I saw Cory in a Sparta T-shirt and I've never wanted a T-shirt before, but I bought it. I cried when I saw it say my order was confirmed. I think I love cats too much. Plus Mean Kitty, Jon LaJoie and Liam Kyle Sullivan were my first TH-cam views ever back in 2007. So glad to see a cat I've known for 10 years end up in such a happy, happy home. Bless Your Loved Ones, Cory.
Hello David and family! What a great surprise...I'm so jealous! 🤢. But seriously, glad you guys got together! Okay, onto Chell. I'm so in love with that beautiful baby girl! I'm glad you guys are taking time for yourselves, but I MISS YOU! 😀 Her smiles and laughter bring happiness to my heart. Yes, Kristen, I've noticed a couple of times that Chell's hair has a reddish tone to it. Do either of you have any redheads in the family? Cory, I loved seeing you play with Sparta! I found you because of Sparta and Loki. They hold a very special place in my heart. Keep up the great work and thanks for sharing with us.
anytime I'm having a bad day I just have to think of that Clip of Chel (I hope I spelled that right) giggling while running around with Mr safety. that was the cutest! thanks for making my day better. her giggle is the best. :)
6:32 Pumpkins last a really long time if you don't cut them! I had a pumpkin that lasted from October all the way to August the next year. That pumpkin is going to be with you for a while!
Loved this video and all of the antics in the snow. What a loving fun loving family. :) It was really nice to see Sparta and your lil pup :) Hope Loki is doing okay... take care
This is definitely one of my favorite videos!😊 Chell is such a cutie, loved seeing her smile when Cory was running and bouncing her around and her sweet reaction when she was sledding! Also, the way Kristen got back at Cory with snow in a bucket was priceless! Love love LOVE your channel! I'm so glad I subscribed!
Here is a lesson in snowman building Cory. 1, the powdery snow you have right now in Alaska is snow that has shaped at -1 Celsius (approx 30 F). It is pretty much impossible to build anything with, great for skiing, but bad for building. It doesn't stick because all water is frozen and that makes it hard to build with. The ideal snow to build with is formd on warmer climates. If temperatures (in the clouds) are around 32 F, that is the freezing point of snow, but water mixes in and voila, you have snow you can use. In my part of Sweden we call that kramsnö, aka hugable snow. So, you wanna build a snowman? Well, you need warmer snow than the snow you have. You can still make snowangels though, that you should teach Chell when she is a little older and can control her body better, and it is super easy to make.
Pumpkins will store very well, for several months, if kept cool and the skin is unbroken. Chell seems to enjoy being in the snow! ~laughs~ Seriously, in Portland, Oregon, that tiny bit of snow is a catastrophe. We have negative infrastructure for snow on the valley floor. That last snip made me belly laugh, thanks!
I just stumbled across your channel today and have been binge watching since day 1 in Alaska. I appreciate all the work you put into your vlogs. With all the bad news here lately, it's nice to see so much happiness. you make me want to pack up the wife and kids and be your neighbor's just so I could see it all unedited. Thanks guys!
You guys are so fantastic! I come home, find this video and within 5 seconds I'm grinning from ear to ear and laughing my butt off. I loved the snow fight- I never thought I would hear Cory say he was cold! It's a miracle! lol! Oh and the sound you're hearing from Chell's pumpkins are the ghosts of Halloween past. He, he, he!
as long as you didn't cook them yes. just throw them on some earth and water them lightly, in a day or two you will see them growing. I have a pot where I just throw all the seeds from fruit and seed my birds don't eat, so now i have a tiny forest in my room. if you want to do it properly you just plant them in the spring just like the seed you buy
Maybe you should bake Chells punkin, smoosh it up and feed it to her. Well, you'd have to add a little something to it but it might be yummy. Cory, what do you think Kristen is, a salt shaker? I really like the jump on one foot make seal noises. Chell in sled! So much love!
thing about powdery snow is that when it's really really cold it just doesnt stick into snowballs. Try it when weather will start getting bit warmer. It will be perfect for snowman:)
They are awesome, feel like they;re family. I made them a few items for Christmas and a hat and mitten set for Chell but unfortunately they reached their P.O Box back on Dec. 6th. I just hope they pick up the package long before Chell grows out of them.
There's a loaf of bread in my house that was supposed to expire in the first week of October, but it's STILL NOT MOLDY! IT'S NOT EVEN STALE! I'm just keeping it as a science experiment now! It's the same kind of bread we've been getting since I was a wee babu, so I know how long it should take to go bad! What is life?! Also, HAPPY NEW YEAR! Cuddle the precious babu for me! And the fur children!
You guys are having entirely too much fun in this vlog! Please continue. :) Oh, and did I hear a reference to "getting back home to virtual reality"? Hmm...
Like some people have already mentioned, the snow needs moisture. The best time to make snowman is when the temperatures rise close to 32°F and the snow gets kinda heavy compared to what it is when it's freezing. When it's really cold there just isn't moisture that keeps the snow together.
Raili Adoson That makes sense because the freezing point is at 32 F, so if you work the snow at 37 F it is more moist because it is above freezing! But we do have times in Ohio when there is a lot of humidity in the air and the snow is ready for packing into snowballs the second it hits the ground.
Maybe he should bring some of it inside and let it get moist, shape it, then bring it back outside and let it turn to rock hard ice. The snowman will last for months maybe.
It depends on the pumpkin. I have about six pumpkins still from our harvest here. If you leave about 2-4" of stem left on them, and leave them in a cool spot you can keep them for a pretty long time. You can also cut it up, puree it and use it in any recipe that requires pumpkin (Note: IF you do this! I would suggest lowering the liquid you put in OR add in flour/cornstarch to thicken it up. Also depends on the recipe, pies, for sure, muffins, breads and the like I leave as is.)
The one foot hop is a thing. Also, I just cooked one of our Halloween pumpkins today! I used one sweet potato and one small pumpkin, baked them, then mashed them up with a bit of butter. I passed a small bowl of brown sugar mixed with cinnamon to anyone who wanted it. (which is everyone)
the snow will stick, it needs to be the right conditions. all snow is like that. it needs to be somewhat wet to stick properly. here, in NS canada, the snow that falls, after a few days and some wetness becomes 'packing snopw' and can be used to build snowmen
Right, pumpkin will stay fresh if the skin is not damaged, because when you take it at home, the skin dry and conserved all incide :) also it will be more tasty after time. Just keep it in cool place and not damage skin.
the snow here in Montana does the same thing. it wont ball up or make snowmen. And yeah that's normal. Our smaller pumpkins never die for really long time.
you should meet my cat. she is super snuggly and talks a lot (you can meow back and forth with her). she loves being petted and loves being in your lap. she also likes to lay on your chest when you're trying to sleep and put her paws in your face if you close your eyes or stop petting her. she also likes to reach up high and pet your legs/butt when she wants food or attention.
When Ken, Noah, and I were there in March, it had snowed so Noah and I made a snowman. You are so right. The snow there just does not pack. We did manage to get a small one built though.
You have dry snow. To make a good snowman you need wet snow. We've been getting ice pellets along with dry snow that drifts across the roads. Virginia Clearbrook MN
Try making a snowman when it's a bit warmer, it'll be more moldable now. When it's around freezing, the snow will be more melted, of sorts, thus making it easier to form. The snow seems so powdery, because of the cold. c:
Cory so nice to hear from your friends. next time how about going down the driveway with Chell and Kristen. did you take any photos of Chell at Christmas? Sparta looked so cute in corys arms. thanks for sharing hugs and kisses to Chell and Kristen.
I love how playful you guys are together not enough couples do that!

Hannah McKenzie I mean on TH-cam not many couples show that side.

That little outfit she had on was so cute!!! I can't handle it! Especially when he was pulling her in the sled. omg
Fluffy snow is so pretty, but you are right, it's not very workable snow!
yall are the cutest!!! such a beautiful family.
Corey and Kristen are going to be those one parents when Chell gets older all her friends love going to her house because of how funny Kristen and Corey are and Chell will be so embarrassed. 😄😂

So much fun!! So much snow!! And we love Chell!! I was waiting for Cory to bounce and there he goes! Tradition! 😃🐞
I just realized at 1:47 that Cory's dance was the same boogie at the hospital when Kristen was in labor! Boogie down! 😝🐞
I HATE the cold but you make me want to move there so we can hang out. You guys are so much fun!!! XOXOXOX Chelle
I love the cold,I wish it would snow here alot more instead of once a year what a rip off ;-;
Chell is so intelligent! You two are doing a great job as parents.

You guys got so silly at the end, it was great. Must've been good coffee!

Cory! Pumpkins and gourds have a really long shelf life! Kept at a stable temp. They can last 6+ months!
Good Eats taught me a lot.
Chell is the cutest, prettiest and smiliest baby ever!!
I just stumbled across your channel today and have been binge watching since day 1 in Alaska. I appreciate all the work you put into your vlogs. I can't take how cute Chell is; my heart is melting!
Omg! Dorky Cory at 9:29 makes me laugh every time! I keep replaying it! I love it! lol
Yeah for a good snowman you need good "wet snow" which usually happens when it's warmer. :)
You 2 are bonkers. I happen to like people that are bonkers. You keep me laughing. Can't wait to see Chell playing in snow.
He, he, he!
Yeah, the problem is that pumpkin was not in a freezer somewhere for 6 months. You can open it and plant the seeds in the spring.. :)
can you still use the seeds if the pumpkin is dried out?
as long as you didn't cook them yes. just throw them on some earth and water them lightly, in a day or two you will see them growing. I have a pot where I just throw all the seeds from fruit and seed my birds don't eat, so now i have a tiny forest in my room. if you want to do it properly you just plant them in the spring just like the seed you buy

Oh my gosh I love watching your family so much!! Corey is the exact kind of man I hope to find one day, you're very lucky Kristen 😊
They are awesome, feel like they;re family. I made them a few items for Christmas and a hat and mitten set for Chell but unfortunately they reached their P.O Box back on Dec. 6th. I just hope they pick up the package long before Chell grows out of them.
Omg the cutest post yet guys Chell and her little "snow beard" wonderful keep me coming
That kind of "powdery" snow comes when it cold enough. Like below -5degrees Celsius. Same here in finland pretty much....
Way to go Kristen! This was totally worth waiting for!
You guys are having entirely too much fun in this vlog! Please continue. :)
Oh, and did I hear a reference to "getting back home to virtual reality"? Hmm...
You two are the BEST PARENTS for sweetheart Chell!:)!
LOL! I love your snow~powder wars!:)!
Like some people have already mentioned, the snow needs moisture. The best time to make snowman is when the temperatures rise close to 32°F and the snow gets kinda heavy compared to what it is when it's freezing. When it's really cold there just isn't moisture that keeps the snow together.
Yep. We get that snow in Colorado. Its even drier hear, meaning softer powder. Thats why we are know for amazing ski runs
It is so funny to see you both play in the snow! 😂😂😂😂
I can not get over how freakin adorable Chell is!
Definitely the fastest video I've clicked on lately. so excited for you to start playing!
Wishing you, your family and friends a Very Happy New Year!
The snow gets together when it is warmer and thaw :) In Estonia it needs to be +3 degrees celsius, i think it is about 37 fahrenheit.
Kristen: getting him from behind..priceless. seriously LOL!
You guys need our Canadian packing snow lol. And you should use a hair dryer for water in the ears! (and when you have ear aches)
Ahhh she is so beautiful and yes her hair is a completely different color now. She has grown so so so much 😍
absolutely love the section that starts at 10:20
You guys were super crazy in this vlog lol! Such an awesome couple :)
Also depends on the recipe, pies, for sure, muffins, breads and the like I leave as is.)
you sure know how to have fun. Thank you for make my day more cheerful ( a fan in Brisbane Australia, where its really hot and humid )
OMG in that first shot, Chell looked EXACTLY LIKE (her) MAMA. I've also seen Kristen's mom in certain poses little mama does.
Meanwhile in South FL, I'm super excited to crack the low 50s on Saturday morning :)
Yep, my form of "Wintry Weather"
Miami Heat Discussions With Nick That is interesting. In Cincinnati we got up to 71 degrees...in December...that's crazy!
There's a cold front on the way, you guy will probably have freezing temps by then
Miami Heat Discussions With Nick You are right, unfortunately. We may have snow starting tomorrow evening and possible travel advisories! ❄😕❄
Snow is a pain for adults that have to shovel driveways, but for kids, (and Cory) snow is awesome to play in and you can't get enough of it lol
You guys are our favourite family! Thanks for making us laugh! Kristen got you good Cory that was hilarious! 😂
Love you guys!! I laughed so much during entire vlog!! :) :) :) And I missed these long vlogs!!! Thank you guys for being so cool!!!!
This whole video made me smile. Been a tough week but your videos really help :)
the snow will stick, it needs to be the right conditions. all snow is like that. it needs to be somewhat wet to stick properly. here, in NS canada, the snow that falls, after a few days and some wetness becomes 'packing snopw' and can be used to build snowmen
It's too cold there, which makes the snow dry. It happens here in Colorado too, but it's probably more common there.
The one foot hop to get water out of your ears is a thing! I do it too!
You get dry snow, I get slush. The way north and south can never win!
Hope everyone had a wonderfull christmas time. So much happiness in this vlog, love it :)
Cory, try to put some water in the snow to make a snowman. And what's in the box?)
Right, pumpkin will stay fresh if the skin is not damaged, because when you take it at home, the skin dry and conserved all incide :) also it will be more tasty after time. Just keep it in cool place and not damage skin.

Thanks for showing me what I look like when I'm trying to get water out my ears! 😂
Yaay!! You dressed Chell in the romper suit a sent you. :-D She looks especially cute in it. Thanks for using the present I sent you.
you should meet my cat. she is super snuggly and talks a lot (you can meow back and forth with her). she loves being petted and loves being in your lap. she also likes to lay on your chest when you're trying to sleep and put her paws in your face if you close your eyes or stop petting her. she also likes to reach up high and pet your legs/butt when she wants food or attention.
When Ken, Noah, and I were there in March, it had snowed so Noah and I made a snowman. You are so right. The snow there just does not pack. We did manage to get a small one built though.
Cory, tilt the L in the letters "LIVE" that you have on the counter so it becomes VIVE
Way to go Kristen!!! More vlogs like that!! 😂
You have dry snow. To make a good snowman you need wet snow. We've been getting ice pellets along with dry snow that drifts across the roads.

She's one happy and lucky baby girl :)
Cory sure makes that weather look warm - and that's coming from a Canadian :P
Try making a snowman when it's a bit warmer, it'll be more moldable now. When it's around freezing, the snow will be more melted, of sorts, thus making it easier to form. The snow seems so powdery, because of the cold. c:
Cory
so nice to hear from your friends. next time how about going down the driveway with Chell and Kristen. did you take any photos of Chell at Christmas? Sparta looked so cute in corys arms. thanks for sharing hugs and kisses to Chell and Kristen.
