It's bad enough Kevin didn't tell Laura that Ryan was alive and was treating him. The thought Ryan stabbed and almost killed her daughter. It's not forgivable in her mind. Plus, 3 people including Kiki died because Kevin chose to treat his brother instead of turning him over. Kevin is Port Charles most hated right now.

I love Genie Francis/Laura, I don't blame her for being angry & feeling betrayed & hurt that her husband couldn't tell her the truth, and because of that Lulu was almost killed

Has Laura as the Mayor of Port Charles apologize to Franco yet? Although Laura was trying to accept/tolerate Franco; she didn't give him the benefit of doubt, she slaughtered him with her words, because she was so sure he was killer and Lulu's attacker. Now to find out it was her husbands presumed dead twin brother; I think knowing how she treated Franco adds to her anger towards Kevin.
I don’t blame Laura’s upset with Kevin. My concern is this.... Kevin is not Kevin, but Ryan, you know the memory transfer... My curiosity is if “Kevin” is Ryan and goes after Ava!!!! ((Hopefully, Ava gets her revenge)) lol 😝. P.s. there isn’t the same chemistry with K&L...kinda snoozy......
What about all that she went through,a man that looks like her husband has been mistreating her mentally,emotionally for over 5 months making her think he doesn't love her anymore,he's unwilling to go for counseling because it won't make a difference,he's staying a distance away from pretending he's sick,keeps leaving her alone making her feel unwanted,unloved then he wants to separate from her then divorce her in a few months time deciding to have an affair with Ava telling Laura that Ava gives him something she can't. He becomes very nasty to her & accusing when she's done nothing wrong. Then she almost loses her daughter because Ryan stabbed her pretending to be Kevin. He tells her he couldn't tell her the truth about him keeping Ryan hidden while he tried one more time to help him which she can't believe he'd hold that information from her(Trust is one of the most important things in a marriage) All that Kevin did,he did without telling anyone & had he told someone most likely no one would of been killed or hurt & Kevin wouldn't of been locked up and drugged for 5 months while Ryan pretended to be him destroying everyone's life. Can't believe you can see what she's been through which has been hell & she's still going through it!

I agree. I always believed Kevin and Laura were a mismatch. Laura belongs with Luke, and Kevin belongs with Lucy.
