She's so good I literally began to cry. (I was a semi-prof drummer in my youth, heavy metal and jazz.) Wow. I discovered this live version and it was even better than the original. It's not that the drummer does something special, she just does it really well.
Jonsu is so happy ... she transfers her good mood to me and it's only just a videoclip , if i was there live i think i will explode in sheer happiness ... :D
@swizes sir , i exactly know why i am listening to these girls , discovered them last week and can't feed on their music and TBH, i know dont have a fckin clue about finnish language and still i like their finnish singed songs much much more than english ones. It's realy very refreshing to see and listen to band wich apparently enjoying music and is passionate about it .. woman + smile = WIN!
The band is awesome, no doubts there. They are all quite beautiful, but I always have a preference for guitar players, and Jenny's smile is sooooo cute. ^_^ Regarding the crowd, well, I can't say whether it's true or not, but Finn's do seem to have the reputation for being quiet, reserved, and non-expressive. So, maybe they are having a great time, but simply don't see the need to make a big deal of it.
Despite being English myself, I agree with this viewpoint. I’ve listened to bands in Swedish (Kent), Welsh (Super Furry Animals) and Russian (Arkona) before. I can’t understand a word of the lyrics, but that doesn’t take anything away from the power of the music 👍🏼
Ale odjazd, co za cudowna muzyka. I można robić coś ekstra bez mizdrzenia się na scenie i krecenia d... vide madony, rihany , beyoncy i inne. Kiitos very much, wonderfull ! English version is very good too but the words are the same like finnish ?
@FurballOfNorway Basses are called sometimes "bass guitar" just because of their shapes, being them a compact, more handy version (electric or acoustic) of the contrabass, not because they are some type of guitars, just as Chapman Sticks are not guitars nor basses, they are Chapman Sticks, mandolines are not guitars, they are mandolines, and so on..., Anyways, the fact is that there is only one guitar player and she is Jenny, the other girl, Heini, plays BASS. Cheers and good week.
@SaphiraSiLva001 LOL, that's pretty good. "Virta" should probably be translated as "stream" (or maybe "flow") though. "Lahonnut" means something like "rotten", not "broken".
@bfmvlistener same thing here ... i found a band by mistake, actually my brother in law has sent me a mail with the Valoissa performance and I loved it at once... :)
@SaphiraSiLva001 She says: "Thank you, you've been an absolutely great audience today, and I'm convinced that you've probably been this summer's best! Yeeeah!"
I love this song :) So bad they will begin to release their album in english... I love this beautiful language! (and, for that I have heard around youtube, original versions are better than english versions :/ )
@Pugg3nton Jenny guitar heini bass laura drums sirkku keyboards Jenny is the cutest of them all just think SirKKu KKeyboards Heini Bass Think HB as in the pencil thickness the rest just goes by process of elimination=)
Se faccio saltare i nervi a Lei come li ho fatti saltare a te, allora, la storia si ripete e - alla fine - dovrò nascondermi presso la Stella Polare come dico di recente.
Even though I don't understand SHIT (my skill with Finnish is limited to PERKELE and VITTU), I can tell this is some seriously nice stuff... pop my ASS. Rock, at the very least, if a little more animated than some metalheads are used to...
Hm... when I saw them live it didn't sound so good, maybe it's also just unfair to put them as a support act to Pain & Nightwish since they're not that heavy at all. Sounds good here and yes they are all smashing looking :D
@eriathdien Fun fact: J.R.R.Tolkien used various languages, including finnish when coming up with the language of the elves as well as use the finnish national epic Kalevala for inspiration when writing Lord of the Rings.
私は日本人です
私は生まれる国を間違えた
フィンランド人に生まれたかった
このバンドもTiktak、PMMP、GIMMELと共に素晴らしい
文句のつけようがない
Im finnish and i wish the exact opposite lmao!
Do not worry. You have MELT BANANA. its super.

Same here , at least until recently , i started now learning their language because of them.

klassikkobiisi josta jäi muutaman kuuntelukerran jälkeen korvamato :D. Muutenkin indica aito erilainen naisbändi
This lady is soooo precise on drums damn!

uwielbiam ten zespół, choć teraz częściej słucham NoNoNo. Skandynawska muzyka ma w sobie to coś

@Girlfromthemoon: The blue/green "guitar" is a bass and it's played by Heini, the guitar is played by Jenny.

Indica jäi aikoinaan ehkä hieman Tiktakin varjoon, mutta tuli kyllä nämäkin biisit kuunneltua miljoonaan kertaan.
damned, that makes me wanna learn finnish...
It is one of the most complicated languages out there but give it time and it will mesmerize you how beautiful is.
jenny
Heresy!
They are all extraordinaly attractive... :D
They are the exception nowdays.
why music in english only? suomi is simply amazing!!! i didn´t miss english !!!
+BIOEVOL evolução
I also prefer the Finish versions.

@RockaholicXtreme Heini's date of birth is 28.12.1984 so she's 26 this year. :)

Jonsu for president !!!!!!
10 years ago now.
@SaphiraSiLva001 LOL, that's pretty good. "Virta" should probably be translated as "stream" (or maybe "flow") though. "Lahonnut" means something like "rotten", not "broken".
Täydellinen biisi.
Aikas söpö tuo punapää.. :)
yes! i love finnish!
better than the english version!!
@ Nightwisher77
I'm completely with your opinion.
But for the mainstream an the money, they have to put the album in the english language.
@bfmvlistener same thing here ... i found a band by mistake, actually my brother in law has sent me a mail with the Valoissa performance and I loved it at once... :)
@Picajo
"Thank you, you have been absolutely wonderful audience and I am convinced that you are this summer's best"
:)
This song sounds better in Finnish. It doesn't matter if I don't understand a single word.
Is there an english version?
@PowermetalisGreat
they have a couple of shows in germany in october. check their website.
@skyrock94BG Hell yeah!... LOVE LAURA!
@SaphiraSiLva001 She says: "Thank you, you've been an absolutely great audience today, and I'm convinced that you've probably been this summer's best! Yeeeah!"
@javierlocutor well, bass is a type of guitar
sirkku is brilliant *-*
I love this song :) So bad they will begin to release their album in english... I love this beautiful language! (and, for that I have heard around youtube, original versions are better than english versions :/ )

@SaphiraSiLva001 It Goes
Jenny
Heini

My opinion - and most of the people's opinion.
@Pugg3nton Jenny guitar
heini bass
laura drums
sirkku keyboards
Jenny is the cutest of them all
just think SirKKu KKeyboards
Heini Bass Think HB as in the pencil thickness
the rest just goes by process of elimination=)
Kippis :)
I did not know there were rock bands from Rivendel
Aion oppia puhumaan tätä kieltä. Se on suomalainen?
The secret is the drummer and not the guitar

Good point well made. Although your use of the word heresy give me my usual craving for a personalised suit of power armour...

Jonsu..., what a very nice Cat... Hottest Woman!!
You are welcome. :)
No mutta entäpä jos eksyn,onko eksymisellä tasoluokittelu..?

@eriathdien Fun fact: J.R.R.Tolkien used various languages, including finnish when coming up with the language of the elves as well as use the finnish national epic Kalevala for inspiration when writing Lord of the Rings.
Olen rakastunut tähän bändi

Love this
I love the band, but other than Jonsu, I can't keep the names straight.
@SaphiraSiLva001 I take that back, apologies.
Are we good?
When do they come to Germany?!
think they came to spain last year...with Nightwish and PAIN...
@GirlFromTheMoon89 There is only one guitarrist.
i should've known because she started the sentence with kiitos, which is one of the few finnish words i know so, but it's funny anyway :p
Klass,devshonki
LOL!!! :D NICE ONE!!!
Paljonko vuotias on Heini?
Um, sorry, wrong stereotype - the vikings were Norwegian, Swedish, and Danish.
