If you are aware, they laugh exactly the same (idk who copied who, for example check when Aqua sees the golden sky Yagoo and for Shion when she get bullyed by AquaMarine on their last neighbors wars), and also the accent is kind of similar and some small expresion.
I'm sure someone else must have pointed it out already but she says "watashi" the w is silent in the ways she pronounced it, nonetheless its just a way to refer to oneself that girls use

I'm pretty sure it's "Atishi". Yes, normally, Aqua says "Atashi". But since Shiishii tends to say "Atishi" instead, Aqua kinda caught that habit from her.
It's "Atishi" (アティシ) on Aqua's /Shiishii's case. But now Aqua says Atashi more since just like she said, she rarely play with shiishii again now
