Did you ask nasa for a spare pc or something? 😂But serioisly considering the state of nowadays 'AAA' titles, original witcher 3 still holds out together likes of rdr2
Haha, supisingly it ran pretty well with raytracing because of the optimization mod! The original is honestly hard to beat. I basically tried to keep it closer to it's e3 debut.
You would need to download reshade 5.x from their website then download my reshade preset + preferably download the RTGI shader from Pascal. Then install the reshade, when it asks you to choose a preset, select mine. Then take the shader and texture folders from RTGI and place them into the new reshade folder found in TW3 directory
is the hd reworked mod worth it on next gen? for some reason when i add it to the game the textures get completely lost even if i set details of textures back to ultra+
Thank you, Unfortunately the recording encoding that I used on the original didn't seem to translate too well on youtube, but the sharpening I used on the reshade may have also helped to make the next gen clearer
Hey there! First step is to make a folder called mods in the main directory. Then installed the mods into that folder, there are some that require the dlc folder as well so just look out for those. Only the reshade and raytracing mods will take a few more steps.
Your Ram is great! Definitely need a dedicated gpu for this game though. I recommend running your foilage visibility on high instead of ultra+ Also drop characters to high instead of ultra+ should help in novigrad city with your cpu. What gpu are you aiming to get?
@@FROSTGamingVerse thanks mate, i'm gonna try your tips. For the GPU i intend getting RX6600XT .. better pair with RX6600XT or RX6700XT ? I need a couple months before changing processor to *R5 5600X*
I have owned a 6600 XT, 6700 XT and a 5600x They are all great parts. Also with an amd combo you can enable Smart access memory and undervolts to gain a decent boost in your fps and improved temps. If you're lucky your country might stock the 5600X3D OR 5700X3D (The 3D cache on these cpus scale really well with games) and for a great gpu 6800 non xt can often be picked up at a great price. It performs extremely well and undervolts amazingly. Of course it all depends on the budget, its taken me a long time of buying and selling parts to get to my current set up. Let me know what you land up getting :)
@@FROSTGamingVerse Thanks a lot for sharing your experience and explanation about the GPU. But for now, can you suggest me which one better to pair with *R5 5600G* is it RX6600XT or RX6700XT ? You're right, BlitzFx is amazing! However it is not made for next gen so I had to use alternatives. Hopefully some day it will get released for Next Gen

Modded video: 8K
Reshade helps alot with the export quality for some reason. Not sure if it had something to do with the sharpening I used
yes 🤣
:)
@@FROSTGamingVerse Bull
I'll work to improve on the export quality in the future :)

Cool video bro, but not all links are in the discription.
You're right!
Not sure why it didn't update, will get onto it now.
Thanks
THIS is crazy bro how did you pc run with all that on!

Is the original the OG from 2015? Or is it the original next gen and then the modded just adds mods?
It's the original version 1.32 Vs next gen with mods
@@FROSTGamingVerse yeah, I just started playing the next gen update after I saw this video. The difference is insane from 2015
@@KevinG9012 next gen looks great!
Unfortunately some settings have a massive impact on performance but if you mess around you can find a good set up.
Original still has better overall feel
I get that yeah
Lol the reshade just completely ruins the lighting of the game. Original looks wayyyy better.
Yeah. Original is clearly better.
:)

Sorry for necro post, but i'll never understand why are people so obsessed with reshading games. Looks terrible and dull

should i try to use the mod on my gtx 1650 laptop?
Without raytracing and using fsr 3 upscaling + Frame gen it might be possible, definitely dont use raytracing though
We need an MMO Witcher game where u can create your own witcher :D
That would be awesome!
I don't know if my *R5 5600G* with 32GB 3600Mhz ram can hold this mod .. gonna get new GPU next month for this game.
