Hi Katinka. What a wonderful video, wedding and dress! There are so many tips, tricks and how to’s in this one. I never heard of crushing the synthetic fabric. Both you and the bride looked beautiful. Thank you for sharing! ❤ Diann
@Silver_Threads_Sewing thank you, Diann, when I still had my little shop, I used to love using this technique to make cheap fabric look expensive and interesting.
After you put it in the microwave for the 2nd time what did you say. I couldn't understand because of the music playing. I think you might have said lay it flat? Very interesting. Thank you for a great video.
@dianemontavon5670 sorry, you can lay it flat, or hang it up, it will not lose its wrinkles. But remember to twist it and keep it twisted when you store it.
I learned three new sewing tricks and I have been sewing for 50 years!
Oh how wonderful! I love it when I can add to people's sewing tricks.
love the dress. it's beautiful work. and looks lovely on you.
Thank you so much! Mary. It literally feels like a cloud.

Processing the 'wrinkles' in your fabric was very interesting. Does that work with other fibers? Love the butterfly fabric. It made a pretty dress.
@deniseberger4963 wrinkling works with most synthetics or synthetic mix.

@@theseamstressatthecottage Thank you. It's just my hearing that kept me from hearing you. Thanks again.
I want to start adding sub titles, but I just don't have the time for it.
@@theseamstressatthecottage I put closed caption on but it wasn't very good. You do you. Answering my question was all I needed. Thank you.
