I do like the fact that the final boss of the game just drives home the fact that no fuck you Kenshiro is invincible. You can be as shitty and conniving as you want but it ain’t gonna do shit. Targa’s a joke to Ken and I love it. Of course no one beats Raoh but it’s still a fun concept.

Any of the main Nanto users could beat him without issue (since Nanto doesn't depend on what kind of body you have), and Raoh's brute force would crush him too. It's just that he has more advantages against Hokuto users that don't specialize is brute force. Ken just knows how to adapt, like he did with Souther. Hell, I'd say that Toki could do the same. That puts Targa somewhere around Jagi-level, but with delusions of god-hood.

Plus, he’s shooting at Ken which is probably somewhat distracting. Nevertheless, the organics surrounding his cybernetics are there to touch, it just takes longer to find and touch them. X3

I think killing Targa with the Celestial hundred fist rush was extra satisfying, finally being able to use that damn move as it never seemed to work on Raoh so, felt pretty awesome

Actually, Targa is pretty strong. He can copy martial arts technics from other fighters (he copied Nadai's technique then he impersonates King of Ruin) , but, for some reason, refused to use his ability.
