We recommend experimenting with both to see which one drives better results for you, and also keep in mind that your videos should be easy to understand even if a viewer watches it without sound altogether.
Hi, I would like to ask - how will a CTA Button work? I tried to insert a link on a CTA in my FB Ad - but it won't work when downloaded as MP4. Tried to download it as PDF too but it it will not play its animations. Do you know how to solve this? Thank you. :)

Hi! At the moment, there isn’t a way to make buttons in social media graphics directly interactive- rather they serve as visual CTA’s for the ad.
Tried this but when I exported it from my canva to FB page the vid was so pixelated and low quality how can I solve that?
One option is to go to your video settings and choose "Upload HD". This way you will automatically upload HD videos.
