Agree it's not easy.I hardly fast but whenever I have done it has been very tough. Actually mentally also we know we won't get to eat so our mind starts creating feeling of hunger more on such days.Otherwise on so many days we might have skipped or delayed meals due to work but we don't realise anything.

Yes we also fast before ganpati agaman called hartalika for 1 and half day without sleeping eat food next day afternoon
Agree it's not easy.I hardly fast but whenever I have done it has been very tough. Actually mentally also we know we won't get to eat so our mind starts creating feeling of hunger more on such days.Otherwise on so many days we might have skipped or delayed meals due to work but we don't realise anything.
