Heads up -- I may have said that the Blu-rays in this set are Region B but it turns out they must be multi region because I just checked today and both played - so that was a nice surprise!
Nice unboxing man. You convinced me to pull the trigger on importing this. I juat placed the order and it came to 38 bucks with shipping. Fine by me as the new artwork is atrocious. It will really be worth it if those blurays work on my 4k player so that i can watch those special features. Thanks again my man.
I imported this edition as well. It's amazing how the studios don't realize that using original poster art is a huge selling point. I'll never understand it.
Thanks for watching -- yeah if the cost difference isn't too expensive I'll go with whatever cover I prefer - like last year we got kinda screwed with Lost Boys and Poltergeist had to get the steelbooks for the better covers tho not perfect!
@@CoinOpTV Totally agree with Lost Boys and Poltergeist. Maybe Warner will give us steelbooks for both with original artwork. Not a fan of steelbooks but I'll buy them if they have the original artwork and the standard doesn't.
Ken, I guess if WB hire arrogant monkeys in their marketing department, they get peanut domestic sales as a result. If I end up going for the 4K, it will be the UK release as well for nostalgia. Here in Australia, we only get the 2 x 4Ks, but no added blurays, and crap art work.
I had ordered the US Version, but the night I was haunted of these images of my 4k player descending down a stairwell to hell. I kept running towards it in an effort to save it, but it was no use. I woke up terrified, and immediately cancelled my order, and spent the extra 15 dollars to get the UK import.
I imported the UK version too. The only thing I don't like about the UK version is those annoying ratings stickers on the sides. Wish those weren't on the cover art but oh well.
Yeah it’s the law unfortunately there’s nothing they can do about it, we don’t have a first amendment unfortunately to stop infringements of free speech like this
@@thedys70 I think it’s also law to have ratings on the front every time you sell so if you take the sticker off and then resell that would be illegal, it’s so dumb
Thanks for watching -- I saw some comments about the color on Jeff's video - while I'm pretty old, I never saw this in the theaters probably only on VHS and TV so when I watch it I'll have to see if things seem off or not.

Warner titles are routinely region free if I'm not mistaken.
It's crazy how you can get this UK version days before us in the UK get it, lol.

That's a bargain, it's £19.99 here in the UK - 4 discs and a lovely slip cover. I think they under charged for that.

Is the slipcover flimsier than US Warner 4Ks normally are? I import a lot from the US and the slim slipcovers are way more sturdy than ours
Hard to say if it's more sturdy - feels about the same - glossy material.

Are the special features on bluray discs playable on US players?
Apparently, the Blu-rays are multi-region - I just checked both of them and they played on my Panasonic in the US. That was a nice surprise!
