Dennis Quaid is quite simply an amazing actor and an amazing person. I never knew he leaned conservative. In The Right Stuff, he totally nailed the part of Gordon Cooper. And the Parent Trap remake....that's one of VERY few remakes that I thought was better than the original. He and Natasha Richardson had such an amazing chemistry on screen. The one point where his hot little blonde girlfriend tells him "it's either me, or them"....without hesitation, he said "them" in a manner that let the viewer know, there just wasn't any question about it. That's great acting....very subtle and engaging. I think I'll be seeing this new film.

My favorite movie and the first time I saw him act was “Innerspace” Dennis Quaid is a 💎 gem! And since then I’ve tried to watch every movie he’s been in ! I’m counting the days til I watch the new Reagan movie 🍿

My first vote in my life was for President Reagan in 1980 and I voted for President Trump after he won the nomination in 2016. I believed they had much in common after I heard Trumps speech to the UN on glibalism. He told them Americans would never accept Globalism. He and Reagan are very similar in policy. My earliest memories of President Reagan was the actor Chuck Connors introducing him at a campaign rally for California Governor as a child, not his movies. Obviously President Reagan was a more polished speaker because of his acting career, he would stay on script. President Trump's mind is filled with facts as a business man & bounces from fact to fact to make his points. The common trait is both men love the United States & always put America & her legal citizens FIRST.

Dennis Quaid is quite simply an amazing actor and an amazing person. I never knew he leaned conservative.
In The Right Stuff, he totally nailed the part of Gordon Cooper.
And the Parent Trap remake....that's one of VERY few remakes that I thought was better than the original. He and Natasha Richardson had such an amazing chemistry on screen. The one point where his hot little blonde girlfriend tells him "it's either me, or them"....without hesitation, he said "them" in a manner that let the viewer know, there just wasn't any question about it. That's great acting....very subtle and engaging.
I think I'll be seeing this new film.
