In "The Adventures of The Adventures 4: Boston Haunts", the Adventure Family finds themselves on a quest to locate Zena's long lost parents, who have suddenly found themselves desparately in need of their family's help. But what should be a simple rescue mission gets flipped upside down the minute they find themselves in possession of The Treadway Journal, a coded diary that leads to a treasure that supposedly contains supernatural powers that could disrupt not only Halloween, but every single day afterwards. The Adventures must put aside their Trick or Treat desires to find the treasure, their grandparents and their way back home safely.
