My new ats printer prints blank thick marks\lines over the stencil which ruins it.. why is this do i get a refund as its garbage ?

@@joseph2323 First of all, make sure you are putting the paper correctly into the printer. You could look at the manual that comes with the printer to MAKE SURE you are setting it as it should. If not, rewatch the video to double check that.
You should also check that the setting you are selecting to print on, makes sense with the design you are printing. Try printing a design that has ONLY lines like a mandala or something without shading. If that’s printed correctly, then you are putting the setting wrong while printing other than lines.
If it still does not print correctly talk to the help center of the site you bought it.

@JasonMilesAway yeah, i put the paper in right, never gets stuck or anything.. it will print fine on one sheet, and the next it will have spots missing in the shape of thick smudge lines or ( like blank spots like smoke going through a design. i will try to play with it more but if its gonna be like this out the box i may return it for a ozer printer.. ozer paper makes a big difference. The paper yilong sent me couldnt even do a normal print at all.. it seems when i put a paper through a few times to add a small design on different spots it happens more than when i do one huge stencil.. thanks for the help
