Im a locksmith and fitted 2 Ultions to a customers house when they first came out - Both barrells failed with minimal use in just over a year - Keys were very rough in operation from brand new - I fit hundreds of euro cylinders a year and these were without doubt the worst product I have ever had the misfortune to use - The manufacturers were not interested when I contacted them to sort the problem out - Pure crap keep away from them

Flick the lever over with a special tool or allen key or slide a new barrell in and use this
