Hey Hex!! Love the videos and I too am enjoying White Forest Builds. Quick info on 15:19 : Guardian Chimeras pop doesn’t target and King’s Sarc prevents your Horus monsters from being destroyed UNLESS they target them. You set up a board state that forced them to trigger your horus effects without even realizing it and I LOVE that about you sometimes 😂😂😂 all love

I watched a dude use white forest and swordsoul to search and set up master peace on me last night, and it was hilarious

I’ve been really liking despian luluwalilith in white forest decks especially with the piercing effect of the level 6 synchro and being able to synchro summon on the opponent’s turn really easily. By turn 3 you can get up to 1500 attack on your monsters and negate cards til the end of the turn twice

I was literally just going to suggest that card for this deck. It's missing a level 12 synchro for a deck that combines Horus and level 4 tuners, and Lulu is also a Spellcaster.

@@randumo24 it’s a card that definitely plays better than it reads in this deck

Swapping settings to "Hold 1" has been pretty useful. Can instantly swap between "On" "Auto" and "Off" with a quick mouse click and hold or release the moment the opponent plays a card to decide if i should let them know I have ash/veiler/imperm or not.

15:13 King Sarc protects against non target destruction. As a Vanquish Soul main, this was always a headache to deal with

In regards to playing "floodgates" being frowned upon and hated, I'm not gonna lie, certain boards might as well be a floodgate with extra steps. A 4 mat appo is a different flavor of skill drain, a herald of ultimateness with 7 fairies in hand can be just as strong of of a lockout as an active secret village plus barrier statue or fossil dyna. Etc. I understand people have varying opinions but I think they effectively accomplish the same thing, making it difficult for your opponent to play.

Going further, if my opponent drops 2 veiler, 1 imperm, 1 ash, and finally a nib. And they turn around and otk's me through the failure of a board I was trying to building. Didn't the hand traps effectively floodgate me out of playing? No method of doing that is inherently bad or better than others, people just complain really loudly about floodgates and stun specifically lol

sp can be used to ensure if your opponent normal summons a spellcaster- you still wont let them cast spells.

Just for note your branded opponent not destroying your horus monsters was the "correct" play, king sarcophagus protecting them from non targeting destruction

WF horus is kinda a simple deck but has a lot of plays and tricks to play through stuff. The horus cards definately help going 2nd sometimes if you don't get maxx c'd ofc but that is always pretty much gg. I'm surprised not more people play this it doesn't even seem that bad into tenpai. Village lock is an ftk for sure if you get to it

Please please please try a Snake-Eye White Forest deck with Diabellstar as a bridge between the two.
Also would be interested in a Spright White Forest to support Astellar
Also ALSO, if you run Diabellstar and Subdual with Diabellze, Sil Trick becomes a 3 card negate and a S/T pop with rabbit.
    Try this combo:
    - Summon Diabellstar, set Subdual (i run 3 SE Chase and Wanted for consistency)
    - rest of hand combo setup with Engines/WForest
    - make Rabbit, set Sil Trick
    - activate Subdual to summon Diabellze preemptively
    - when ready activate Trick, 3 illusion cards in Trick, Diabellze, Rabbit, then block chain Rabbit s/t pop
Esp good setup for Tenpai if you time trick it correctly
A very nasty and simple interaction that opens up the White Forest engine too with Tales. If you have Toy Box, pitch one of them to Summon Diabellstar and boom, youve accessed the White Forest engine too
