It is obvious that (in rainy season) release of water from VARIOUS BARRAGES OF DVC OF DAMODAR RIVER BECOMES NECESSARY TO PROTECT THE RESERVOIRS (PANCHET, MAITHON ETC) WITH THE CONSULTATION OF WEST BENGAL.... This process framed since inception of construction of barrages.... Now a days the West Bengal Govt. is deliberately creating problems in management of release of water in exigency.
