Good video. I like how you explained personal goals. Thinking about time and the time it takes to complete Level 1. There wasn't a choice a for me to study the GCSE, I had an assessment at my adult college and was put in the Level 1 because of the BKSB initial assessment. I have dyslexia and would like to see more videos on planning writing. I hope that is clear enough said. I am talking about mind maps that incorporate verb-agreement, different tenses, definite and indefinite articles, punctuation, specialist words etc. You could call it a SPaG mind map that applies to anything your writing. I am visual learner. Something I could knock up in 5 minutes and use the remaining time to write the exam paper.

Very useful information clear and supportive,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share with us this information. I m going to start GCSE, and as English is my second language I m a bit unsure if I will be able to pass, previously I have done FsL1
How many words do you have to write for writing, I mean for GCSE?
I have no idea how hard it is going to be😌
    God bless you thank you!

Thank you for your feedback. If you are starting GCSE I think you should check out the initial assessment video I posted the other day. It will take you through the basic skills needed for the course. There isn't a specific word count for GCSE English but for the large questions (Q5) you should aim to write around a page and a half-two pages. Good luck with all your studies!
