My ISP provider blocked the 25 port., I can send imail using relays smt web., but i cannot recived mails. How i would to recibe mails using another port using Mail Enable? my domain is hosted in godaddy.
Normally, ISP blocks Outgoing 25 port, not incoming smtp traffic, ask your ISP to Open the Incoming smtp traffic. Or you have to store all emails to ISP Server, then you have to download mail periodically and distribute to your client.

i changed binding on iis, i can access to webmail locally, but cannot access externally

i have configured mail enable , the mail's are sending locally, but it's not going to out side addresses
