do you think that when these elevators had Westinghouse controls that they all used to serve all floors? Because all elevators appear to have doors on all floors, even the ones that particular cars don't serve?
They did have the upgraded M10 keypads (silver button) being used at the same time as PORT, possibly they ran out of the stock at the moment or likely because the new PORT does not have the working handicap button at the time. These newer gen Miconic keypads are later replaced to PORT aswell. Service one was also replaced from M10 with black keypads to a silver keypads with PORT controller on it.
55 is the floor code for 49, if you were a staff member without access to the button panel, then you'd go to the 3rd floor, insert your staff key and type in 55

Glass Elevators: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, and L.
Internal Elevators: M, N, O, and P.
and Cargo elevators: Q, R, S, T, U, V
At 3:35, Car M skipped the 2nd floor.
The service elevators there serve the 2nd floor

Unfortunately these have gotten modded with port controllers the inside is still the same with the panel and buttons
